1. Conditions That Qualify for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following situations:

  • Item Not Received
    If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, is lost in transit, or delayed due to shipping issues (excluding force majeure like severe weather, customs, or legal/policy changes), you may be eligible for a full refund or re-delivery.

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrectly packed, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please submit evidence (photos/videos) when making the request.

  • Item Significantly Not As Described
    If the product you receive is materially different from the description or the images on our site, or missing promised features, you may request a refund.


2. Conditions That Do Not Qualify for Refunds

  • Change of mind (you simply decided you didn’t want the item any more), unless otherwise agreed

  • Wrong size, color, or specification chosen by the buyer (unless mis‑described by us)

  • Items that are used, damaged by customer misuse, or not in their original condition/package


3. Time Limits

  • Refund requests should be made within 30 days of you receiving the item.

  • Please provide detailed photos or videos (including packaging in many cases) showing the issue.


4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account → go to Orders.

  2. Find the order in question and select Request a Refund.

  3. Choose a reason (e.g. “Item not received,” “Damaged,” “Not as described”).

  4. Provide your description of the issue, and upload any supporting evidence (photos/videos).

  5. Submit the request.


5. Reviewing Requests

  • Once a refund request is submitted, we will review it within 24 business hours.

  • If the request is approved and no return is required, we’ll process the refund usually by the next 5 business day using the original payment method.


6. Returns (If Required)

  • If a return is required (for example, for wrong item shipped or buyer requested a different size), the item must be sent back to us in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping cost is covered by us only if the issue is our error or quality defect. If the issue is due to buyer’s preference (size, color, etc.), the buyer pays return shipping.


7. Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund if:

    • Item is defective or damaged; or

    • Item does not match the description; or

    • If refund requested before shipping from our warehouse.

  • Partial Refund if:

    • Item shipped but intercepted (and shipping cost deducted as per policy); or

    • Slight cosmetic damage but still usable; or

    • Buyer’s return due to size/style preference (then product cost refunded, shipping & return costs deducted).

  • No Refund if:

    • Item matches description and specification;

    • Buyer simply changed their mind and no reasonable defect.


8. Important Details / Clarifications

  • All claims for damage or “not as described” must include photographic or video proof.

  • Evidence required for “not received” claims may include tracking info, shipping confirmation, or proof from carrier.

  • We reserve the right to inspect returned products before issuing refund.


9. Shipping Costs

  • If refund or replacement is due to our fault (defect, wrong item, or mis-description), we cover return shipping.

  • For buyer’s error (size, color preference, etc.), buyer pays return shipping.
